  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-5879, to House File
  1  2 511, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by striking the figure "30."
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "30, and inserting the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  537.9101  EVIDENCE OF AGE
  1  8 ON CREDIT CARD APPLICATION.
  1  9    A person who issues credit cards in this state
  1 10 shall require an individual to provide the
  1 11 individual's date of birth on an application form used
  1 12 by such person.""
