1 2 #1. Page 2, line 22, by inserting after the word
1 3 "or" the following: "to commercial operations which
1 4 are swine confinement feeding operations".
1 5 #2. Page 2, by striking line 27 and inserting the
1 6 following: "pursuant to this chapter which apply to
1 7 commercial operations which are confinement feeding
1 8 operations as defined in section 455B.161 in which
1 9 swine are confined and fed. A swine confinement
1 10 feeding operation is not a commercial operation
1 11 subject to regulation under this chapter, if any of
1 12 the following is applicable:
1 13 a. Less than three thousand five hundred head of
1 14 swine are subject to care and feeding by the
1 15 confinement feeding operation.
1 16 b. The owner of the parcel of land where the
1 17 confinement feeding operation is located is qualified
1 18 to file for a homestead tax credit as provided
1 19 pursuant to section 425.2 on that parcel.
1 20 The petition shall meet the".
