  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-5879, to House File
  1  2 511, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "contract for an over-limit
  1  8 charge not to exceed ten dollars if the balance of the
  1  9 account exceeds the credit limit established pursuant
  1 10 to the agreement.  The parties may contract for an
  1 11 additional over-limit charge not to exceed five
  1 12 dollars if the balance of the account continues to
  1 13 exceed the credit limit in the billing cycle
  1 14 immediately subsequent to the billing cycle during
  1 15 which the credit limit is first exceeded.  The over-
  1 16 limit charge charges"."
  1 17    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
  1 18 following:
  1 19    "#   .  Page 1, by striking line 32 and inserting
  1 20 the following:  "not paid in full within ten days
  1 21 after its due date, as"."
  1 22    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1 23 inserting the following:
  1 24    "#   .  Page 1, by striking line 34 and inserting
  1 25 the following:  "exceed ten dollars.  The parties may
  1 26 contract for an additional delinquency charge not to
  1 27 exceed five dollars if any payment not paid in full
  1 28 remains unpaid in full in the billing cycle
  1 29 immediately subsequent to the billing cycle during
  1 30 which the initial payment is due.""
  1 31    #4.  Page 1, by inserting before line 11 the
  1 32 following:
  1 33    "#   .  Page 2, by striking line 6 and inserting
  1 34 the following:  "paid in full within ten days after
  1 35 its deferred".
  1 36    #   .  Page 2, lines 12 and 13, by striking the
  1 37 words "within ten days after on or before" and
  1 38 inserting the following:  "within ten days after"."
  1 39    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
