  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5676, to Senate File 2399,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the word
  1  5 "subparagraph" and inserting the following:
  1  6 "subparagraphs".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "NEW SUBPARAGRAPH.  (16)  To a person who submits
  1 10 written authorization from an individual allowing the
  1 11 person access to information pursuant to this
  1 12 subsection on behalf of the individual in order to
  1 13 verify whether the individual is named in a founded
  1 14 child abuse report as having abused a child."
