  1  1    Amend Senate File 2399, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 7, by striking the words
  1  4 "seventy-two" and inserting the following:  "seventy-
  1  5 two twenty-four".
  1  6    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  Section 232.71A, subsection 7, Code
  1  9 Supplement 1995, is amended by adding the following
  1 10 new paragraph:
  1 11    NEW PARAGRAPH.  d.  All information contained in an
  1 12 assessment completed in accordance with this section
  1 13 shall be provided to the custodial and noncustodial
  1 14 parents of a child who are known to the department."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
