  1  1    Amend Senate File 2381, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by striking lines 27 through 30 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "action for the appointment
  1  5 of a guardian or conservator or for admission or
  1  6 commitment to an appropriate institution or facility
  1  7 pursuant to the applicable procedures under chapter
  1  8 125, 222, 229, or 633, or shall pursue other remedies
  1  9 provided by law.  The appropriate county".
  1 10    #2.  Page 12, by striking line 29, and inserting
  1 11 the following:  "the removal or provision of
  1 12 services."
