  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5102, to House File 2298, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, line 7, by inserting after the
  1  6 figure "151." the following:  "For purposes of this
  1  7 section, "primary care provider" means, in addition to
  1  8 any other primary care physician, an orthopedic
  1  9 surgeon.""
