  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5102, to House File 2298, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 1, line 27, by inserting after the
  1  6 word "physician" the following:  ", except with
  1  7 respect to a podiatrist"."
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
