  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5129, to House File 2298, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 35, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "plan." the following:  "For purposes of this section,
  1  5 "primary care provider" means, in addition to any
  1  6 other primary care physician, an obstetrician and
  1  7 gynecologist."
