PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5541, to Senate File 2448,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 16, line 4, by striking the word "county"
  1  5 and inserting the following:  "county, as agreed upon
  1  6 by the county board of supervisors and any boards of
  1  7 health within the county,".
  1  8    #2.  Page 16, by striking lines 8 through 10 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "available.  The department
  1 10 shall submit a report to the general assembly on or
  1 11 before January 2, 1997, which shall include an
  1 12 evaluation of the first year of the voluntary
  1 13 demonstration project and a plan to expand statewide a
  1 14 single source contract for each county beginning July
  1 15 1, 1997.  The department may include other state and".
