  1  1    Amend Senate File 2351, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 1 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Notwithstanding paragraphs "a" through "d",
  1  6 at least one million dollars of the assets of the fund
  1  7 shall be used each year for a summer youth program to
  1  8 serve youth in areas with high juvenile crime rates
  1  9 and high minority populations in cities with
  1 10 populations exceeding fifty thousand according to the
  1 11 1990 census."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
