  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 23, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "year." the following:  "However, an eligible business
  1  4 which enters into an agreement under this part on or
  1  5 after the effective date of this Act shall not claim
  1  6 the credit under this section for more than ten
  1  7 years."
