PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5478, to Senate File 2442,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 12, by striking the word
  1  5 "persons" and inserting the following:  "family
  1  6 members".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "e.  Provision of $5,000 per person covered under
  1 10 the pilot project to the department of elder affairs
  1 11 for inspection and appropriate oversight of the pilot
  1 12 program.
  1 13    f.  Provision to delay the implementation of the
  1 14 pilot program until 75 persons are enrolled to
  1 15 participate in the pilot program.
  1 16    g.  A limitation that not more than one person may
  1 17 be cared for by a family member under the pilot
  1 18 program."
