  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5478, to Senate File 2442,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 25 and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "department of human services for the
  1  6 fiscal year".
  1  7    #2.  Page 2, by striking line 35 and inserting the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "1.  The director of human services, within the".
  1 10    #3.  Page 3, line 5, by striking the words "revenue
  1 11 and finance" and inserting the following:  "human
  1 12 services".
  1 13    #4.  Page 3, by striking line 12 and inserting the
  1 14 following:
  1 15    "3.  The director of human services, in".
  1 16    #5.  Page 3, by striking line 18, and inserting the
  1 17 following:
  1 18    "4.  The director of human services may".
  1 19    #6.  Page 4, by striking line 7 and inserting the
  1 20 following:

  1 28 support recovery unit to other agencies of state
  1 29 government on or after July 1, 1997."
