1 28 unit to the department of revenue and finance. The
1 29 responsibilities required of the director of human
1 30 services and the department of human services shall be
1 31 assumed by the director of revenue and finance and the
1 32 department of revenue and finance at the time of
1 33 transfer."

1 36 "Sec. . DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE. Sections 101,
