  1  1    Amend Senate File 2213, as passed by the Senate, as

  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Section 1.  1991 Iowa Acts, chapter 169, section
  1  6 9, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    SEC. 9.  This Act is repealed effective June 30,
  1  8 1996 2000."
