1 1 Amend the amendment, H-5174, to House File 2087 as
1 2 follows:
1 3 #1. Page 3, line 12, by inserting after the word
1 4 "energy." the following: "At a minimum, the board
1 5 shall require that thirty percent of the total
1 6 allotments be in accordance with the following
1 7 amounts:
1 8 a. At least ten percent shall be allotted from
1 9 dedicated energy crops grown within the state, fifty
1 10 percent of which shall be from projects of five
1 11 hundred kilowatts or less.
1 12 b. At least ten percent shall be allotted from
1 13 agricultural wastes produced from agricultural crops
1 14 grown within the state, fifty percent of which shall
1 15 be from projects of five hundred kilowatts or less.
1 16 c. At least ten percent shall be allotted from
1 17 small scale wind generation projects located within
1 18 the state of two hundred fifty kilowatts or less."
