  1  1    Amend House File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "buildings." the following:  "The plan shall be
  1  4 designed so that capacity savings reduce peak load in
  1  5 order to delay or eliminate the need for future
  1  6 electric generating units or purchase power contracts
  1  7 or the imposition of future peak day natural gas
  1  8 requirements."
  1  9    #2.  Page 3, line 22, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "buildings." the following:  "The plan shall be
  1 11 designed so that energy savings reduce electric or
  1 12 natural gas energy consumption or reduce the growth in
  1 13 such energy consumption."
