  1  1    Amend House File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  INTERIM COMMITTEE.  The legislative
  1  5 council shall consider creating a legislative interim
  1  6 committee to review the success or failure of the
  1  7 substantive and procedural provisions for energy
  1  8 efficiency cost recovery under chapter 476.  The
  1  9 committee shall make recommendations to the general
  1 10 assembly on any required changes due to the experience
  1 11 gained from the previous two biennial energy
  1 12 efficiency plan and budget cycles."
