  1  1    Amend House File 2419 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking line 7 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "annual rate equal to the coupon issue
  1  4 yield equivalent, as determined by the United States
  1  5 secretary of the treasury, of the average accepted
  1  6 auction price for the last auction of fifty-two-week
  1  7 United States treasury bills settled immediately
  1  8 before the date of the award.  However, interest shall
  1  9 not begin to accrue after the sixty-first day, until
  1 10 such time as the department obtains a clear title and
  1 11 an abstract for the property."
  1 12    #2.  Page 3, line 7, by striking the word "thirty"
  1 13 inserting the following:  "fifty".
