  1  1    Amend Senate File 2287, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  By striking page 2, line 35, through page 3,
  1  4 line 2, and inserting the following:  "exterior
  1  5 strapping, coatings, closures, inks, or labels, tin-
  1  6 plated steel that meets the American society for
  1  7 testing and materials specification A-623, electro-
  1  8 galvanized coated steel, or hot-dipped-coated
  1  9 galvanized steel that meets the American society for
  1 10 testing and materials specifications A-525 or A-879."
