  1  1    Amend Senate File 2395, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 510.18, Code 1995, is amended
  1  6 to read as follows:
  1  7    510.18  PAYMENT OF CLAIMS.
  1  8    A claim paid by the administrator from funds
  1  9 collected on behalf of the insurer shall be paid only
  1 10 on a draft of and, check, or by electronic funds
  1 11 transfer as authorized by the insurer."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
