1 2 #1. Page 7, by striking lines 18 through 25 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "NEW SUBSECTION. 4A. It shall be unlawful for any
1 5 person to utilize, with regard to employees or
1 6 members, a payroll deduction, partial donation of
1 7 member dues or fees, or any other automatic means of
1 8 contribution intended for support of political
1 9 purposes. A person who seeks financial support for
1 10 any political purpose must affirmatively solicit and
1 11 receive individual contributions from employees or
1 12 members in a method separate from any regular monetary
1 13 transfer between the person and the employee or
1 14 member."
