1 8 plans and budgets filed by gas and electric utilities
1 9 required to be rate-regulated under this chapter. The
1 10 board may approve,".
1 11 #3. Page 3, by striking line 34 and inserting the
1 12 following: "consumer advocate or a gas or electric
1 13 utility required to be rate-regulated under this
1 14 chapter,".
1 15 #4. Page 4, by striking line 11 and inserting the
1 16 following:
