  1  1    Amend House File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "utilities" the following:  "shall implement energy
  1  4 efficiency plans so that each utility's annual
  1  5 capacity and energy production is reduced by an amount
  1  6 equivalent to at least one percent of each utility's
  1  7 annual peak demand and at least one percent of each
  1  8 utility's annual energy sales and".
