  1  1    Amend House File 2472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, line 27, by striking the word
  1  3 "medium" and inserting the following:  "minimum".
  1  4    #2.  Page 26, line 31, by striking the figure
  1  5 "36,000,000" and inserting the following:
  1  6 "24,000,000".
  1  7    #3.  Page 27, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "Sec.    .  DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS – JUVENILE
  1 10 DETENTION FACILITY.  The department of corrections
  1 11 shall construct a 250-bed juvenile detention facility.
  1 12 Bonds shall be issued under the provisions of sections
  1 13 16.177 and 602.8108A to finance the construction of
  1 14 the facility.  The cost of constructing the facility,
  1 15 exclusive of financing costs, shall not exceed
  1 16 $12,000,000."
  1 17    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
