  1  1    Amend House File 2472 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 29, by inserting after line 23 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 912.6, Code Supplement 1995, is
  1  5 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  6A.  In the event of a victim's
  1  7 death, reasonable charges incurred for health care for
  1  8 the victim's spouse, children, parents, siblings, or
  1  9 persons related by blood or affinity to the victim not
  1 10 to exceed three thousand dollars per survivor."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
