  1  1    Amend House File 2449 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  By striking page 3, line 33, through page 4,
  1  3 line 3.
  1  4    #2.  Page 5, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "committee" the following:  "that previously has been
  1  6 approved by the candidate or a designee of the
  1  7 candidate".
  1  8    #3.  Page 5, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "writing" the following:  "by forwardable mail".
  1 10    #4.  Page 6, line 3, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "board" the following:  "by forwardable mail within
  1 12 twenty-four hours of taking the action".
  1 13    #5.  Page 6, lines 14 and 15, by striking the words
  1 14 "candidate, any candidate's committee, or other" and
  1 15 inserting the following:  "candidate or".
  1 16    #6.  Page 6, line 23, by striking the word
  1 17 "candidate" and inserting the following:  "candidate,
  1 18 provided that the authorization is in writing and has
  1 19 been signed by the candidate or candidate's designee".
  1 20    #7.  Page 6, line 32, by striking the word
  1 21 "candidate" and inserting the following:  "candidate,
  1 22 provided that the authorization is in writing and has
  1 23 been signed by the candidate or candidate's designee".
  1 24    #8.  Page 6, lines 34 and 35, by striking the words
  1 25 "candidate, the candidate's committee, or other" and
  1 26 inserting the following:  "candidate or".
  1 27    #9.  Page 7, line 6, by striking the word
  1 28 "candidate" and inserting the following:  "candidate,
  1 29 provided that the authorization is in writing and has
