1 1 Amend House File 2421 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 11, line 24, by inserting after the words
1 3 "treasurer of state" the following: "for the fiscal
1 4 year beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June 30,
1 5 1997,".
1 6 #2. Page 16, by inserting after line 21 the
1 7 following:
1 8 "Sec. . It is the intent of the general
1 9 assembly that for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
1 10 1997, the governor and the general assembly consider
1 11 appropriating additional state general fund moneys to
1 12 the state department of transportation to be used for
1 13 reimbursements to the department of personnel, the
1 14 auditor of state, and the attorney general's office
1 15 and for appropriations to the department of
1 16 inspections and appeals, the department of management,
1 17 and the department of revenue and finance, for
1 18 administrative costs and services that are currently
1 19 being funded from state use tax moneys, motor vehicle
1 20 fuel tax moneys, and from the road use tax fund."
1 21 #3. By renumbering as necessary.
