1 1 Amend House File 2421 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 8, by inserting after line 18, the
1 3 following:
1 4 "Sec. . There is appropriated from the rebuild
1 5 Iowa infrastructure fund of the state to the
1 6 department of natural resources for the fiscal year
1 7 beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997, the
1 8 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
1 9 to be used as follows:
1 10 For repair of the boathouse, visitors center, and
1 11 concession stand at lake Wapello:
1 12 .................................................. $ 500,000
1 13 Notwithstanding section 8.33, unencumbered or
1 14 unobligated funds remaining on June 30, 1998, from
1 15 funds appropriated in this section, shall revert to
1 16 the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund on August 31,
1 17 1998."
