  1  1    Amend House File 2416 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 13, line 1, by striking the number
  1  3 "547,579" and inserting the following:  "747,579".
  1  4    #2.  Page 13, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "It is the intent of the general assembly that, of
  1  7 the funds appropriated in this subsection, $200,000
  1  8 shall be used to establish local citizen care review
  1  9 boards in each county within the first judicial
  1 10 district."
