  1  1    Amend House File 2272 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "guardian" also means a
  1  4 parent or other person responsible for the care of the
  1  5 minor, including but not limited to an individual or
  1  6 agency licensed to provide child foster care under
  1  7 chapter 237 with which the minor has been placed."
