  1  7 members" and inserting the following:  "One member".
  1  8    #4.  Page 1, line 12, by striking the word "four"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1 10    #5.  Page 1, line 18, by striking the word "four"
  1 11 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1 12    #6.  Page 1, line 26, by striking the word "four"
  1 13 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1 14    #7.  Page 1, line 28, by striking the words
  1 15 "nonvoting, ex officio voting" and inserting the
  1 16 following:  "nonvoting, ex officio".
  1 17    #8.  By striking page 4, line 22, through page 5,
  1 18 line 1, and inserting the following:
  1 19    "Sec.    .  INITIAL APPOINTMENTS OF NEW COMMISSION
  1 20 MEMBERS.  The two new members of the Iowa
  1 21 telecommunications and technology commission provided
  1 22 for in this Act shall be appointed on or before July
  1 23 1, 1996, to the following terms:
  1 24    1.  One member shall be appointed for a term of
  1 25 five years.
  1 26    2.  One member shall be appointed for a term of
  1 27 three years."
