  1  1    Amend House File 2324 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act, being deemed
  1  5 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "applicable" the following:  "and providing an
  1  8 effective date".
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
