  1  1    Amend House File 2196 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  Section 8.22A, subsection 5,
  1  5 unnumbered paragraph 2, Code Supplement 1995, is
  1  6 amended to read as follows:
  1  7    a.  The amount of lottery revenues for the
  1  8 following fiscal year to be available for disbursement
  1  9 following the deductions made pursuant to section
  1 10 99E.10, subsection 1.
  1 11    b.  The amount of revenue for the following fiscal
  1 12 year to be deposited in the rebuild Iowa
  1 13 infrastructure fund from interest earned on the cash
  1 14 reserve fund and the economic emergency fund and
  1 15 gambling revenues allocated to the fund under section
  1 16 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "e"."
  1 17    #2.  Page 1, line 2, by striking the word
  1 18 "paragraph" and inserting the following:
  1 19 "paragraphs".
  1 20    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9 the
  1 21 following:
  1 22    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  The rebuild Iowa
  1 23 infrastructure fund limitation for a fiscal year shall
  1 24 be ninety-nine percent of all revenue derived from
  1 25 interest earnings on the cash reserve fund and the
  1 26 economic emergency fund and pursuant to paragraph "e",
  1 27 as estimated pursuant to section 8.22A, subsection 5,
  1 28 paragraph "b", and ninety-nine percent of all other
  1 29 revenues allocated to the fund for that fiscal year."
  1 30    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
