1 2 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 18 the

1 4 "Sec. ___. DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL. There is
1 5 appropriated from the Iowa public employees'
1 6 retirement system fund to the department of personnel
1 7 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995, and ending
1 8 June 30, 1996, to supplement the appropriation made in
1 9 1995 Iowa Acts, chapter 219, section 16, subsection 1,
1 10 the following amount, or so much thereof as is
1 11 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 12 For salaries, support, maintenance, and other
1 13 operational purposes to pay the costs of the Iowa
1 14 public employees' retirement system:
1 15 .................................................. $ 150,000".
