  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4212, to Senate File 484, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 17, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  Notwithstanding section 509A.5, there
  1  7 is appropriated from the employer share of the health
  1  8 insurance premium reserve fund the following amount
  1  9 for the purpose designated:
  1 10    For the health data commission:  
  1 11 .................................................. $    100,000"
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
