PAG LIN
  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-4205, to Senate File 266, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 9, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "The state university of Iowa hospitals shall not
  1  7 perform an abortion on a pregnant minor until
  1  8 notification is provided to a parent or guardian of
  1  9 the minor, unless a medical emergency exists.  This
  1 10 unnumbered paragraph shall be void if the Seventy-
  1 11 sixth General Assembly passes Senate File 13 in the
  1 12 1995 session providing for notification prior to the
  1 13 performance of an abortion."
