  1  1    Amend Senate File 486, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 257.11, Code 1995, is amended
  1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  2A.  ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL.  If the
  1  8 school budget review committee certifies to the
  1  9 department of management that an alternative school
  1 10 serving two or more school districts would otherwise
  1 11 not be implemented without the assignment of
  1 12 additional weighting, students attending classes in
  1 13 the alternative school are assigned a weighting of one
  1 14 and forty-eight hundredths."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
