  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-4123, to House File
  1  2 185, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "materials." the following:
  1  5    ""Publisher" means that portion of an entity's
  1  6 business that publishes for ultimate sale at retail or
  1  7 contracts for the manufacture or printing for ultimate
  1  8 sale at retail books, pamphlets, periodicals,
  1  9 brochures, magazines, or newspapers."
