  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-4123, to House File
  1  2 185, as passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 11 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, by striking line 10 and inserting
  1  6 the following:  "1995,".
  1  7    #   .  Page 2, line 11, by striking the words
  1  8 "aggregate and".
  1  9    #   .  Page 2, by striking lines 13 through 17 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "provision of law."
  1 11    #   .  Title page, lines 2 and 3, by striking the
