1 3 and inserting the following: "If the violation is
1 4 other than a violation of a city ordinance, five".
1 5 #2. Page 5, line 2, by inserting after the word
1 6 "facilities." the following: "The other five dollars
1 7 of the surcharge shall be transferred to the treasurer
1 8 of the county in which the violation occurred to be
1 9 deposited in the general fund of the county and used
1 10 only for the expansion of the capacity of the county
1 11 jail or the maintenance of county jail facilities."
