  1  1    Amend House File 572 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  If the surcharge is assessed for a violation
  1  5 other than a violation of a city ordinance, five
  1  6 dollars of the surcharge shall be transferred to the
  1  7 treasurer of the county in which the violation
  1  8 occurred to be deposited in the general fund of the
  1  9 county and used only for the expansion of the capacity
  1 10 of the county jail or the maintenance of county jail
  1 11 facilities."
  1 12    #2.  By relettering as necessary.
