  1  1    Amend House File 572 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "used" the following:  "as follows:
  1  4    (1)  Sixty percent of the amount deposited from the
  1  5 surcharge shall be used only for traffic safety and
  1  6 accident prevention programs.
  1  7    (2)  Forty percent of the amount deposited from the
  1  8 surcharge shall be used".
  1  9    #2.  Title page, line 4, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "jails" the following:  "and traffic safety
  1 11 programs".
