  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-3928, to House File
  1  2 471, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 and 4 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 12 and
  1  7 inserting the following:"
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, line 24, by striking the words "term
  1  9 less than" and inserting the following:  "mandatory
  1 10 minimum term which is less than the mandatory minimum
  1 11 term which is".
  1 12    #3.  Page 1, by striking line 30.
  1 13    #4.  Page 1, by striking lines 34 and 35 and
  1 14 inserting the following:
  1 15    "#   .  Page 5, by inserting after line 13 the
  1 16 following:"
  1 17    #5.  Page 2, line 35, by striking the word
  1 18 "rehabilitation" and inserting the following:
  1 19 "rehabilitation,".
  1 20    #6.  By numbering and renumbering as necessary.
