  1  1    Amend House File 552, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 26, by striking lines 24 through 27 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "accumulated sixty dollars
  1  5 in credits for one calendar year.  A claim for refund
  1  6 may be filed any time the sixty dollar minimum has
  1  7 been met within the calendar year.  If the sixty
  1  8 dollar minimum has not".
  1  9    #2.  Page 26, line 29, by striking the words "the
  1 10 taxpayer" and inserting the following:  "the
  1 11 claimant".
  1 12    #3.  Page 26, line 31, by striking the words "two
  1 13 hundred fifty" and inserting the following:  "sixty".
  1 14    #4.  Page 40, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "chapter." the following:  "The department of revenue
  1 16 and finance shall adopt rules providing for
  1 17 enforcement under division I and this division of this
  1 18 chapter regarding the use of motor fuel or special
  1 19 fuel in implements of husbandry."
  1 20    #5.  Page 43, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 21 "gallon." the following:  "However, on-farm storage of
  1 22 undyed special fuel shall be exempt from the inventory
  1 23 requirements and the tax imposed under this section."
  1 24    #6.  Title page, by striking lines 2 and 3 and
  1 25 inserting the following:  "vehicle fuel by requiring
  1 26 supplier's, restrictive supplier's, importer's,
  1 27 exporter's, dealer's, user's, or blender's licenses,".
  1 28    #7.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 29 and correcting internal references as necessary.
