  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-3851, to House File 512, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 5, by striking the word "and".
  1  4    #2.  Page 4, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "fund" the following:  ", and for $50,000 to be
  1  6 allocated competitively to ten to twenty communities
  1  7 for direct purchase of services or goods that meet
  1  8 local development needs or to enhance heritage and
  1  9 tourism efforts from state and private sources".
  1 10    #3.  Page 9, line 36, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "program," the following:  "for transferring up to
  1 12 $30,000 of the funds appropriated in this section to
  1 13 the Iowa quality coalition, on the condition that the
  1 14 coalition first expend all existing moneys, for
  1 15 productivity enhancement projects,".
  1 16    #4.  Page 15, line 23, by striking the word
  1 17 "division" and inserting the word "department".
