  1  1    Amend Senate File 462 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "plan." the following:  "The department shall submit a
  1  5 report on a quarterly basis to the general assembly
  1  6 during the months in which the general assembly is in
  1  7 session and to the fiscal committee of the legislative
  1  8 council during the months in which the general
  1  9 assembly is not in session, describing the progress
  1 10 and activities of the prepaid mental health services
  1 11 plan."
