  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 10.
  1  3    #2.  Page 1, line 27, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "collected" the following:  "or compiled".
  1  5    #3.  Page 1, line 29, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "which" the following:  ", whether specific
  1  7 information regarding the patient, provider, or
  1  8 facility is collected or compiled,".
  1  9    #4.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "obtained" the following:  "or compiled".
  1 11    #5.  Page 2, by striking lines 7 through 14 and
  1 12 inserting the following:
  1 13    "a.  The department may use information collected
  1 14 or compiled only for health research studies or
  1 15 studies to prevent spontaneous terminations of
  1 16 pregnancies."
  1 17    #6.  By renumbering and relettering as necessary.
