  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 47, by striking the words "and

  1  5    #2.  Page 5, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "hearing," the following:  "shall approve or reject
  1  7 the petition.  If the petition is approved, the
  1  8 board".
